With an angry customer
A:
I need to speak with a manager!

B: I’m sorry, sir. But all of our managers are busy at the moment. Would you please have a seat in the waiting room?

A: I don’t want to wait here all day! I’ve got things to do!

B: I understand, sir. I will let you know as soon as a manager is able to talk with you.

面对生气的顾客
A:我要见经理。
B:对不起,先生。所有的经理这会都忙着呢。请您到接待这到稍坐,好吗?
A:我可不想在这等一天。我还有事呢。
B:我明白,先生。哪位经理一有空,我会立即告诉您。
